Ohm Beads Italian Collection Review

Today Beadsaholic brings a photo packed review of Ohm Beads Italian Collection!

Ohm Beads Italian collection is an exclusive to Italy and consist of five beads Italian Artist, Tour of Italy, Romance in Venice, Volcanoes and Mouth of Truth. Each bead is barrel shape and have an open work design with very distinctive detailing. The amount of detail on these beads is very impressive. They are the perfect size and work well together. I prefer to wear them all together, whether it’s alone on a bangle or mixed with other beads.

Ohm Beads Italian Artist features three works of art from two of Italy’s most renowned artist Michelangelo and Leonardo Da Vinci. You will see each work of art as you turn the bead, you will also see filigree swirls and flowers. I must say this is my favorite from the collection, however I’m a bit bias since I love art. The following photos give you an up-close view of each work of art. Ohm Beads Italian Artist retails for €52.

Vitruvian Man by Leonardo Da Vinci

Renaissance Sculpture of David by Michelangelo

The Creation of Adam painting by Michelangelo

Ohm Beads Tour of Italy takes you on tour to some of the most famous tourist sites in Italy! Visit places like Basilica di San Lorenzo, Santa Maria Novella church, Leaning Tower of Pisa and the Milan Cathedral while looking at this bead on your bracelet. I just love the whimsical clouds you see throughout the beads structures. Ohm Beads Tour of Italy retails for €52

Ohm Beads Romance In Venice takes you on a gondola ride through the most romantic lagoon and canals in Italy as you see sites like the Rialto Bridge, Piazza San Marco, the Bridge of Sighs and much more. Imagine riding in a gondola down a beautiful canal with your soul-mate as the sun is setting and music of love is in the air, what could be more romantic than that? Ohm Beads Romance In Venice retails for €52

Ohm Beads Volcanoes- Italy is well known for their volcanoes. Even for those of us who have not lived in or visited Italy have read the history of Pompeii which is an ancient Roman city near today’s modern Naples. In AD 79 the town of Pompeii was covered in close to twenty feet of volcanic ash and pumice from the eruption of Mount Vesuvius. Though there are roughly twenty-nine volcanoes in Italy only three have been active in the last hundred years Mount Etna and Stromboli both continue to be active even today, however the last mainland volcano to erupt was Mount Vesuvius in 1944.  Ohm Beads Volcanoes show a volcano on two sides and beautiful trees on the other two sides that you can see in the following photos. Ohm Beads Volcanoes retails for €52

Ohm Beads Mouth Of Truth is said to bite off the hands of liars. Mouth of Truth is an ancient large stone carving of a man’s face, hollow holes for eyes and a gaping mouth.  This huge marble stone carving is located in Rome, Italy under the portico (porch) of the Santa Maria in the Cosmedin Church. I find the history and different myths behind this stone carving to be most interesting. Ohm Beads Mouth of Truth retails for €52.

I have placed the Italian Collection in several different combos with different lighting and back drops. I think this collection looks great no matter the color scheme you use.

Over all, this is a fantastic creative collection. I personally have not had the pleasure of visiting Italy; however, I feel like I’m on a mini vacation every time I go sightseeing on my bracelet!  You don’t have to live in or vacation in Italy to enjoy this collection.

If you love this collection as much as I do and would like to purchase the collection or an individual bead, it is available at my favorite Italian retailer Pianeta Beads they offer free shipping within Europe and offer vat free for those of us outside Europe. Click banner below to be redirected to their site to shop.

As always, I love hearing your thoughts. What do you think of this exclusive Italian Collection from Ohm Beads?

XO,

Paula
