I am rather in love with this design. It looks to be a heart with flames around the heart and a flame at the top with a dagger piercing the heart.

The devotion of the Sacred Heart is a well-known Roman Catholic devotion, taking the sacred heart of Jesus Christ, as it represents his divine love for humanity.
