Today Beadsaholic brings the news Ohm Beads latest bead of the month No. 32.

Ohm Beads Year Of The Dog is the 32nd bead of the month and is set to release January 9th, 2018. This is a Dog in a Monk’s robe meditating with a set of mala beads around his hands-wrist. Year of the Dog retails for $85 / €79 / £

This is a limited-edition bead that will come with a card and is serialized. There are only 1,234 made.

If you were born in 1922, 1934, 1946, 1958, 1970, 1982, 1994, and 2006 then you were born in the Year of the Dog. The Dog is one of twelve cycle animals which are Chinese Zodiac that are part of the Chinese calendar.

Upcoming Chinese New Year will be February 16th, 2018 and this is the Year of the Dog.

Over all, I think this is a rather cute Chinese Zodiac and one I need since my husband was born in the Year of the Dog! Thankfully this bead is being produced in a larger number which means more collectors will have a chance to buy this bead.
