Today Beadsaholic brings a review of True Beadz Stronghold!

True Beadz Stronghold is an exclusive event bead at Beads Fanatic in Spain and will be available on September 7th through September 10th, 2018 at their online and in store Bead Fiesta Event. This bead is limited to only three-hundred (300) pieces.

As you can see this bead can be worn two different ways on a bracelet or bangle.

True Beadz Stronghold is limited-edition and only available at Beads Fanatic during their event. This is a beautiful stone structure fortified to protect your kingdom or in this case your bracelet! All the way around you will find beautiful stone wall detailing, a steel-like door on both side and the walls are adorned with beautiful bats on both sides. Stronghold measures approximately 15.43 mm high x 13.37 mm wide and retails for €65, price includes vat.

In Valencia Spain bats are seen everywhere, on structural buildings, works of art and banners. In Valencia bats are a powerful, honored and beloved symbol as it’s their emblem that represents their coats of arms. There are several different legends that states that a bat flew from the sky, one legend stating it flapped its wings before King James which symbolizes as a blessing, other states that the bat flew down landing on King James’s helmet as a warning of danger. King James I of Aragon lead his men to victory against Saracens and since the reconquest bats have been a vital part of Valencia.

Of all the True Structures, this is my favorite. I love that it is a medieval Stronghold and the added bats makes it the perfect bead for me, as I’m a huge bat fan!

The cool thing about this bead is that there are four holes and this gives us different styling options which is a plus!

On the Trollbeads bangle I have framed the True Beadz Stronghold with two True Desert and two True Beadz Bridges. I love using the bridges with plain stoppers as the bridges gives the ends of a bangle so much texture. The Stronghold will work perfectly in any composition and I feel will go with a lot of styles. I plan to use this bead as you see below, but I’d like to add in some bats and the little Ohm Knight which is on its way to me now! So, be sure to follow me on social media for updated photos!
