Review: Aurora Hatching Baby Dragon

Today Beadsaholic brings a review of Aurora Hatching Baby Dragon.

Aurora Baby Dragon will work in just about any composition you can dream up! I really love the uniqueness and details of this baby dragon. It’s a 3D design, where the dragon looks like it’s coming out of the egg shell. You can see the hollow shell behind the baby dragon which really makes the dragon standout. I went with all Aurora beads for these two compositions, but I’m sure I’ll be using this bead in some medieval designs as well, maybe my Games of Thrones bracelet for the final season. So, keep an eye out for those compositions!

In this first compositions I went for a Celtic Halloween. I’m really in love with the Aurora glass and silver designs and any excuse to use them is a good excuse. I’d really love more of these to add a pop of color to an all silver bracelet. Along with the Glass and Silver beads I’ve added Scrawnykhamun the Mummy and Spooky the Ghost with Hatching Baby Dragon.

Aurora Hatching Baby Dragon is such a cute bead, in the following photos you will be able to see the 3D design of this adorable baby dragon. The backside of the bead is a plain egg shell. Bead sits well with the shell against the wrist. This bead is sterling silver with a universal core and measures approximately 13.01 mm high x 10.30 mm wide. Hatching Baby Dragon retails for 59.95, price includes vat.

Again, in this composition I’m using the Aurora glass and silver Celtic designs with the Hatching Baby Dragon, Arthur and Maggie.

Aurora Arthur and Maggie are exclusives only available at Pianeta Beads.

Wrist Shot!

I’m also including a video to show the details of the Aurora Hatching Baby Dragon. I just love this baby dragon!

Over all, I think this is an adorable bead that would be the perfect addition to any collection. This is not a large bead, but still sits nicely and doesn’t get lost in a design.

If you would like to order this bead or browse Aurora Charms, then you may do so at the following links. Please note, that all retailers offer vat free shopping for those residing outside of Europe.

  1. I’m pretty sure I got this bead for a friend last year, and it’s lovely and substantial. It looks different from how I remember it, but I didn’t have it long. I tried to check my account at some websites but my logins aren’t saved …. not about to spend half an hour looking for the receipt, but anyway if it’s the one I think it is it’s really nice in person too. Aurora has a few definitely covet-able beads. 🙂
