Today Beadsaholic brings a review of Celtic Creations Winter Snow Collection.
Recently I introduced Celtic Creations here on Beadsaholic with their fantastic Christmas Holiday Lights (review here) and today I’m reviewing three new snow themed beads from the Christmas collection. Two of the beads in this collection have beautiful dichroic glass throughout and the last bead has cubic zirconia throughout. Mixing these with other snow themed beads create a beautiful and magical winter wonderland for your wrist!
Celtic Creations Snow Drift is my favorite and I love the artful details of this bead. Snow Drift has a white core that is rolled in color shifting dichroic glitter encased in a clear glass that has been twisted and rolled to give a ripple effect. The texture of the ripples is a rather unique touch that gives this bead a little extra special detailing. This bead measures approximately 14 mm high x 9 mm wide with a universal core and retails for $29.34
Celtic Creations Eve’s Snowfall has a beautiful blueish grey base with color shifting dichroic flakes, encased in a clear glass with raised snowballs/snowflake buds. I really love the base color and the color of the dichroic glass used in these beads. This bead measures approximately 15 mm high x 9 mm wide with a universal core and retails for $29.34
Celtic Creations Crystal Snow has a white base with cubic zirconia throughout floating in a clear glass. This is the perfect addition to a white or snow themed bracelet. This bead measures approximately 15 mm high x 9 mm wide with a universal core and retails $29.34
I really loved these three glass beads with Bella Fascini Winter Snowflakes and Redbalifrog Snowflake Stoppers on a Trollbeads Star Bangle.
Here I have added in the Redbalifrog Pearl, Icy the Snowman, Beauty Beads Snowballs and Cristy Cali’s Snowflake Couture Charm with the three Celtic Creation Snow collection.
Wrist Shot!
I found it hard to catch all the beautiful flakes of dichroic glass, so, I thought I’d include a video of these beautiful beads.
Over all, I think all three beads would work in just about any composition throughout the year, but I really do love the idea of creating snow themed bracelets with these beads. I live in the south and snow is something I don’t see often, so wearing a little winter wonderland on my wrist gives me a glimpse of my very own magical winter.
