Ogerbeads Oceans Life Review

Today Beadsaholic brings a review of Oceans Life Collection from Ogerbeads.

In September Ogerbeads released their latest Fall Collection Oceans Life and in this collection are five new beads inspired by the ocean. I’m truly loving the glass in this collection and hope to see more in these colors in the future.

Ogerbeads Macaw Fragments is a beautiful mix of lime, greens, blues, navy and aqua encased in clear faceted glass. This bead has a universal core and is an average size of 14 mm high x 7 mm wide. Macaw Fragments retails for €32, price includes vat.

Ogerbeads Lime Diamonds Pixiedust is a stunning lime green with lots of glitter and cz’s scattered throughout encased in clear glass. This bead has a universal core and is an average size of 14 mm high x 7 mm wide. Lime Diamonds Pixiedust retails for €32, price include vat.

Ogerbeads Blue Bayou Fragments a beautiful bead that has waves of white and shades of blue encased in a clear faceted glass. This bead has a universal core and is an average of 14 mm high x 7 mm wide. Blue Bayou Fragments retails for €32, price include vat.

Ogerbeads Gold Coast Fragments is a stunning bead with beautiful shades of blue, white and beautiful copper glitter throughout encased in a clear faceted glass. This bead has a universal core and is an average size of 14 mm high x 7 mm wide. Gold Coast Fragments retails for €32, price include vat.

Ogerbeads I Respect The Ocean is a sterling silver bead that on one side has a seahorse, bubbles, Starfish, coral and on the other side is a turtle and shells, along the side you will find “I Respect The Ocean”. This bead has a universal core and measure approximately 11.38 mm high x 10.90 mm wide. I Respect The Ocean retails for €47, price include vat.

Here is a quick live look at this collection.

Above photos and the following two were taken in outdoor lighting.

In this composition I have combined the sea themed Ogerbeads Silvers with the new glass in this collection.

How fantastic would a Christmas beach theme be?

These photos were shot indoor and I’m including several different angles of this composition. Here you will find – Right top clockwise: Ogerbeads Oase Stepping Stones, Star Anise, Tide Pool Pixiedust Fragments, Pearls of the Sea, Lime Diamonds Pixiedust, Niwabeads Happy Ocean, Ogerbeads Gold Coast Fragments, Niwabeads Caps, TPOA Tropical Ocean, Ogerbeads Blue Bayou Fragments, I Respect the Ocean, Macaw Fragments, Lighthouses, Tide Pool Pixiedust Fragments, Connecting, Maldives Fragments on an Ogerbeads Bracelet.

Overall, this is a great collection to add to your ocean theme bracelet. The lime greens would also be great on a Halloween bracelet and blues on a snowy winter bracelet.

  1. Hi! Just got my first Trollbeads bracelet and I’m wondering — how do you keep the charms in the center of the bracelet? This is not on a bangle just on their regular bracelet. Kind of similar to the clips with Pandora.
    Thanks,
    Erika

    • Hi Erika! For the Trollbeads bracelet you can use Trollbeads Spacers that have silicone stoppers inside to keep your beads in place. These work both on the bracelet and on bangles.
