Today Beadsaholic brings a review of 4Unique Lucky Mouse and Cheese House.

Happy New Year! Bringing in the new year I’ve spent my time with loved ones and with Christmas passing I’ve had a much-needed break. Today I’m back to playing with these cute beads and I’m working my way back into a workflow.

For most of the world yesterday marked the first day of the year; however, for the Chinese New Year it’s not until January 25, 2020 which is also known as the Lunar Year. 2020 is the year of the Rat which is the first of all zodiac animals. Rats in Chinese culture symbolize wealth and surplus.

With 2020 being the year of the Rat 4Unique has recently introduced two new mouse beads Lucky Mouse and Cheese House perfect for the New Year and to bring good luck throughout the year.

4Unique Lucky Mouse is too adorable for words! This chubby little mouse is wearing a cute winter sweater adorned with snowflakes and a deer, in his hands is a silver coin with the 4Unique symbol that he is chewing on with his two cute little top teeth showing, while closing one eye. This bead measures approximately 16.24 mm high x 12.26 mm wide and weighs 5.4 grams. Lucky Mouse retails for $69 /€63. 

The weather here has not been desirable so there is no video yet of these two lovely beads; however, I’m including photos at different angles, so that you can see all the wonderful details.

4Unique Cheese House is a rather detailed block of Swiss cheese with two cute mice coming in and out of holes in the cheese on each side. The attention to small details like the tail wrapping in and around one of the holes is brilliant. This bead measures approximately 11.82 mm high x 15.07 mm deep x 9.52 mm wide and weighs 4.5 grams. Cheese House retails for $69 / €63.

This composition I absolutely love! It was my first with the new beads and I’ve been wearing it quite a bit over the holiday season. All glass and star moon are from the Elfbeads deal of the year alongside the 4unique Lucky Mouse on a Trollbeads bangle with PHYA stoppers.

Overall, this is a fabulous release and I think everyone needs a Lucky Mouse for 2020! Who doesn’t need a little extra luck? Both are a great addition to any collection.
