Edited to add the Winner of the Omamori Lucky Bag is Mcctrish! Send me a message with your information on social media or by email. Congrats!

Today Beadsaholic brings an intro to PHYA Jewelry, a review of Omamori Lucky Bag and a giveaway!

I was lucky enough to be introduced to PHYA Jewelry by a friend, fellow collector while I was in Thailand this past November. We visited PHYA Jewelry located in the Iconsiam Mall which is a huge beautiful mall and if you are ever in Thailand it is a must to visit and shop there. While at PHYA we browsed this beautiful brand and meet the owner who is super sweet. I ended up bringing home some lovely pieces to share here on the blog and adorn my wrist and I can’t wait to share those with you.

Today, however, I’m sharing a very special bead that is limited to only one hundred (100) pieces, numbered and is available today for pre-order. The PHYA Omamori Lucky Bag is perfect for the Chinese New Year coming up.  Omamori are Japanese amulets that provide various forms of luck and protection. They were originally made of silk, wood or paper and some were inscribed. Today they are made of many different materials.

Now for a little bit about PHYA. They have specialized in the Jewelry Industry for more than 30 years, they specialize in bracelets, charms, pendants and earrings set in sterling silver then gold plated in 14k white, yellow and rose gold. They gold plate their jewelry to keep them looking lush and beautiful without tarnishing. PHYA believes that customer service is import and back their craftsmanship with a two-year warranty on all PHYA Jewelry.

Not only will I be sharing details on this lovely bead today, but alongside PHYA I will be giving away one of these lovely beads to one of you. So, be sure to read through to the bottom of the page and enter the GIVEAWAY.

PHYA Omamori Lucky Bag is an adorable bag covered in flowers and four-leaf clovers, a cute mouse is popping his head out the side and hanging from the bottom is a tag with Luck on one side and on the other side is a four leaf clover GP and 925. This bead will fit all major brands as will all the beads produced by this brand. Wear Omamori to brings you much good luck in 2020 and to ward off any bad luck that may come your way.  This bead measures approximately from top to bottom of the tag 25.13 mm high x 9.73 mm wide and weighs 4.6 grams. Omamori Lucky Bag retails for BAHT 1400 / $46.45 / €41.49.

A close video look at the PHYA Omamori Lucky Bag.

In this first composition I’ve created a Chinese New Year bracelet in rich tones of Gold and Red. From Left to Right: PHYA Rose of Venus Stoppers (sold as a pair), Aqua Handmade & Gift gold tone bead, PHYA Sweet Olive Spacer (sold as a pair), Trollbeads Red Bubbles, PHYA Omamori Lucky Bag, Trollbeads Red Twinkle on a PHYA Twisted bangle.

This composition I put together to wear today and I so adore this bead. Seen here are the PHYA Rose of Venus Stoppers, Omamori Lucky Bag with two Aqua Handmade & Gift beads on a PHYA Twisted Bangle.

I found while in Thailand that Stones are very much loved and are full of energy, so I thought a composition incorporating some beautiful stones was in order. So, I’ve added Hessonite Garnet for good luck, prosperity, good Health and Happiness. I’ve also used Feldspar Peach Moonstone for its soothing properties. Seen here left to right: PHYA Rose of Venus (pair), Trollbeads Hessonite Garnet (pair), PHYA Plum Flower Spacers (sold as a pair), Trollbeads Feldspar Peach Moonstone (pair), and PHYA Omamori Lucky Bag on a PHYA Twisted Bangle.

In this composition I went with all PHYA. Left to right: Sun Stoppers (sold as a pair), Mini Jasmine Bouquet two tone (sold as a pair), Smokey Quartz,  Kratong, Rose Quartz, Olimpic Crown, and Omamori Lucky Bag on a PHYA Silver bangle.

Wrist Shot

Overall, I’m impressed by this brand and have rather enjoyed wearing their jewelry. All will mix well with other brands nicely and I think you will find PHYA to be at a reasonable price point.

If you would like to browse the complete line you may do so at PHYA Jewelry Website.

If you would like to pre-order the PHYA Omamori Lucky Bag you will need to either message PHYA on Facebook, Instagram or by email.  This bead is set to release on January 20, 2020. Also, once all 100 beads are sold, all customers will be entered into a giveaway for a solid gold Omamori Lucky Bag charm. Each bead will be engraved with 01-100 and the drawing for the gold bead will be your bead number.

  15. I have a thing for beads with rat or dragon because as per my Chinese zodiac sign, people born in the year of rat and dragon are my “gui ren” or guarding angels. I have a bracelet with some rat and dragon charms. Will be wonderful if I can add this to my collection as my 1st bead in year 2020 😍
