Today Beadsaholic brings a review of Spirit Beads Kokeshi Flower Narcissus.

Spirit Beads introduced their new collection “Twelve Month, Twelve Kokeshi Flowers”. This collection debuted with the release of Kokeshi Flower Narcissus the very first in this collection and has since seen Kokeshi Tulip! Today I will be sharing the Kokeshi Flower Narcissus and soon I will share as others join the collection.

Narcissus also know as a Daffodil is traditionally an early spring flowering perennial bulb commonly seen in fields of yellow, but now days they have been cultivated into many beautiful colors. Narcissus symbolize new beginnings and rebirth, given that they are a sign that winter is over and spring is to come.

This collection would be perfect to create a garden bracelet! Each bead released will be limited to only one hundred and twenty (120) pieces.

Spirit Beads Kokeshi Flower Narcissus is an adorable Kokeshi traditional Doll holding Narcissus flower and is made of sterling silver. This bead measures approximately 17.56 mm high x 8.47 mm wide. Kokeshi Flower Narcissus retails for €55, price includes vat.

Now for a little inspiration and how I like to compose my bracelets with this bead.

In the photo above and below is one of my favorite ways to wear my Asian inspired beads! I’ve used Trollbeads Kimono glass set, all silvers with the exception of the Lantern dangle (OHM Beads) and TPOA Messenger Lock (TPOA Exclusive at Swiss Flower & Gift) the rest are beautiful Spirit Beads Silvers all inspired by the Japanese culture.

Here again I used Trollbeads Kimono and Sakura glass with Spiritbeads Bamboo, Tea House and Bonsai on a Trollbeads Bangle.

My favorite bangle with Spirit Beads Kokeshi Flower Narcissus as the focal between two Lucky Coins, framed by Trollbeads Kimono glass and Spirit Beads Bamboo, on a Trollbeads bangle with PHYA stoppers.

Overall, this is a cute bead and I look forward to seeing the other twelve in this collection over the next year.
