Today Beadsaholic brings a review of Aurora Shamrocks Fairy!
St. Patrick’s Day has come and gone, but shamrocks and fairies are perfect all spring and summer long! Recently I received the Aurora Shamrocks Fairy and I must say it is super cute! It’s perfect for a St Patrick’s composition; however, the style is well suited for a floral spring or summer composition without looking overly holiday themed. I’m sure it will bring its wearer some good luck, as well.
“For each petal on a shamrock.
This brings a wish your way.
Good health, good luck and happiness.
For today and every day.”
Aurora Shamrocks Fairy is a super cute bead! Below you see the shamrocks curled to the top and sitting on the curled stem is an adorable little fairy holding a shamrock. This bead measures approximately 17.45 mm high x 7.10 mm wide and weighs 2.2 grams. Shamrocks Fairy retails for €39.95, price includes vat. I’m including several up-close photos to show the details.
“Fairies are invisible and inaudible like angels but their music sparkles in nature. ~ Lynn Holland”
I truly love the Shamrock Fairy with the Aurora Glass and Silver collection and Trollbeads Pearls. This bead would be fabulous with the summer stones from Trollbeads coming out soon.
I like using the smaller beads as the Shamrock sticks out further than the glass and silver and Pearls in the front, which allows a better view of the fairy. However, it works perfectly between standard size glass and stones, too.
Here I am using Trollbeads Pearls, Tedora Daisy Stoppers, Ogerbeads Cerise Diamonds Pixiedust, Vintage Flowers, Redbalifrog Sunflower and Cherry Blossoms.
Wrist Shot!
Over all, this is a cute bead that would go in just about in any composition and would be the perfect addition to any collection.
