Today Beadsaholic brings an introduction for Dream Glass Art and a Review of their June Collection.

Last year Dream Glass Art caught my eye on social media with the release of their popular Clover Bear in their Ma Lei Bear collection followed by the cutest Halloween Ma Lei Bear. After seeing these adorable beads, I started following Dream Glass Art on Social Media.

Dream Glass Art has been creating works of art since 2006. Ma Wan Shan strives to create unique and beautiful pieces of art both in glass and metal mediums like sterling silver and 9k gold. The detailing of this brand is simply amazing, as you will see in this review.

All glass beads are a standard size with a universal solid core that will fit all brands like Pandora, Ohm and Trollbeads. Ma Wan Shan has great control over the glass to create beads that are close in size which is a huge plus for me as I like my beads to be similar in size. All silver and gold beads have universal cores, as well and will fit all the major brand carriers.

Dream Glass Art Cool Summer is such a stunning glass bead with green and iridescent flecks throughout. Dream Glass Art Blue Sea is a beautiful turquoise blue with iridescent flecks throughout. This is the perfect blue to create a beautiful summer bracelet. Dream Glass Art Blue Ocean Legend is a stunning barrel glass bead in shades of turquoise with shades of a beautiful sea green that can be seen at different angles and silver accents around the entire bead which reminds me of islands. Dream Glass Art Epitonium Scalare is a beautiful shell bead set in sterling silver with a blue glass ball dangling off the tip. The glass bead has beautiful flecks throughout. Just the shell measures approximately 18.79 mm high x 13.36 mm wide, Glass measures approximately 11.06 mm high x 10.93 wide, total length 30.43 mm and weighs 6 grams. Dream Glass Art Starfish is another fantastic bead in the June collection, I truly love this dangle. The bail is plain with two chains hanging down with one beautiful large starfish set in sterling silver and a small starfish set in 9k gold. This bead measures from top of bail to bottom of the starfish 29.38 mm long x 11.60 mm wide (large starfish) and weighs 2.7 grams. Dream Glass Art Hot Air Balloon Ma Lei Bear is such a cute bead with lots of working details. This hot air balloon has four dangling chains that holds a basket with the popular Ma Lei bear inside. This bead is sterling silver, measures approximately 24.47 mm high x 11.91 mm wide and weighs 3.7 grams. Hot Air Balloon Ma Lei Bear retails for NT$1880 (roughly $60.71 / €53.44 conversion at the time of this article, you can choose your currency on their website).

Dream Glass Art Plaid Bracelet is a nice stiff bangle with crisscross detailing made of sterling silver. I have been wearing this bangle for the past week with the June collection and I must say it is one of my new favorite bangles. It has a nice weight of 18.2 grams and is sturdy. All universal beads fit; however, though Trollbeads spacer/stoppers fit small classic core beads don’t. I have truly enjoyed this composition since it arrived as it’s the perfect bangle for summer.

All beads are comparable to other brand and will mix nicely. I didn’t mix for this review as I wanted to just showcase the release especially since this is an intro to this brand.
