OHM December 2019 Collection Preview Day and Review!

Today Beadsaholic brings a review of OHM Beads December 2019 Collection.

Today is OHM Preview Day and I have the full collection here to share with you guys! OHM December 2019 collection is available for preorder at participating retailers and will release on November 27, 2019.

OHM Bottomless is the 55th bead of the month and the very last BTOM! You read that right; OHM is taking a break from creating beads of the month. There are five hundred and fifty-five (555) Bottomless beads. This pig is busting out at the seams and looks as though he has popped a button on the front of his pajamas. I think many of us know how he feels with the holiday seasons we tend to indulge in the goodies. I especially like rum balls, myself. By the time the new year comes we are ready for those diets! This bead measures approximately 13.17 mm high x 11.31 mm wide and retails for €83, price include vat.

The Bottomless comes in this cool wooden pig.

OHM Snow Angel is simply adorable! This little snowman has a halo above his top hat and cute little wings on his back. This bead measures approximately 13.05 mm high x 8.73 mm wide and retails for €52, price include vat.

OHM Year of the Rat is one happy little fellow! I love how his tail wraps around, and he is holding it with both front little paws. He has such a cute happy smile and I just love the detailing of his fur and ears. Perfect for a Christmas bracelet or those born in the year of the rat can wear this bead on the Lucky Whip bracelet for 2020! This bead measures approximately 13.51 mm high x 10.37 mm wide and retails for €52, price include vat.

OHM Step Up is a cool articulating step ladder that opens like the real thing! This bead can be worn so many different ways and is just fun. A step ladder is always part of my decorating necessities as I’m rather short, so need a step ladder to hang Christmas lights and decorations. So, I think it will work perfectly on a Christmas bracelet or maybe you have the little tool beads and can make a bracelet to represent the Tool Men in your life. This bead measures approximately 21.46 mm from the top to bottom of the bead x 13.02 mm wide and retails for €99, price include vat.

OHM Fogberry has a grey core with clear glass and the little dimples like in Blackberry and Orange beads. This is a standard size barrel bead and retails for €47, price include vat.

OHM Milky has a beautiful white core with clear glass and milky swirls. This is a standard size barrel bead and retails for €47, price include vat.

OHM Slim Winter Collection 2019 left to right: Bark, Snow, Cast, Fog and Wisp. All are perfect additions to the slim collection and I really love these on a bangle. They take up less room and allow for more beads to be worn comfortably on a bangle. Each bead retails individually for €36, price include vat.

Glitter Glass Collection

OHM Sky Guild is a fun black base with white flecks and Gold foil bits throughout. This is a standard size barrel and retails for €47, price include vat.

OHM Nouveau is half black, half white with glitter throughout. This is a standard size bead and retails for €47, price include vat.

OHM Spark of Life is my favorite bead from this release I love the grey and light blue with some sparkle. This is a standard size barrel and retails for €57, price include vat.

Spa Glass Collection

OHM Pressure Point is a beautiful shade of grey with clear indention with opaque centers. This is a standard size glass and retails for €57, price include vat.

OHM Released Tension is a smoky grey, black and has wiggly lines throughout. This bead is a standard size barrel glass and retails for €57, price include vat.

Project OHMistry

This month Project OHMistry is designed by Elena Zaytseva and it is stunning!

OHM Stronghold is a beautiful landscape bead of a stronghold castle with a medieval theme. You can fit a glass bead inside, and it can be worn on a bracelet or ball necklace. This bead measures approximately 13.77 mm high x 19.16 mm wide. This is a special release set for December 6, 2019 at 9 am Moscow time. Retails for $85.

Now for a close video review of these beads! See all glass in the sunlight.

I really love the Stronghold on the Ball Necklace with a Luna hanging above. Tip: Use a rubber stopper, place the larger end of the Luna over the stopper and it will hold the moon up.

The Styling and design of the Stronghold is fantastic!

In this composition I created a little Knights Tale Theme. All beads are OHM.

Now for a feast! Bottomless and Rat are full after eating this entire turkey.

Snow Angels are always fun! Love these grey and whites together.

Now for a Christmas theme – decorating, packages, snow and a grumpy little Santa! All are on the OHM Lucky Whip Leather which is perfect for the Christmas season!

OHM Bird Cage is a BBQ and I don’t have this bead to review for you, but I wanted to show you how cute this release is! I love the packaging. Bird Cage retails for €576 and takes 6-8 weeks for delivery.

Overall, this is a fabulous release! I love all the glass in this collection and am bead crushing on the Snow Angel and Rat. The Stronghold is a must have if you love medieval themes and well who doesn’t feel stuffed during the holiday seasons just like Bottomless?

  1. Wow, what a lot of beads. Exciting.
Personally won’t miss the Beads of the Month, as at times it all got a bit too much. I’m sure that they will come up with something exciting to replace them. Thanks for the lovely pictures and combinations.
